Allow Me to Introduce Myself...

I have been working as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) for the past 6 years. My first position as an LMT in Arizona was with Sanctuary on Camelback, a beautiful boutique resort located on Camelback Mountain in Paradise Valley. I have also assisted in the opening of the VH Spa at Hotel Valley Ho and The Golden Door Spa at the Boulders.

In 2007, I was invited to create a spa from the ground-up. We saw the growing awareness of the environment within the world's actions and wanted to be part of the “green” momentum.

We succeeded in creating a true place of healing, a space that was centered on you and your environment, in all regards. Moss Wellness Spa was envisioned, designed and branded by Stacy Polich and I; a great friend and noted designer. Denim-insulation, sustainable Hickory flooring, no-VOC paint, filtered air throughout the 10,000 sq. ft. facility and a multitude of other factors, permitted us to open the first eco-luxury spa in Arizona on April 4, 2008 located at the Scottsdale Waterfront.

Unfortunately, following a number of events within our facility and the financial world as a whole, Moss quietly closed its doors in March 2009. Faced with the daunting task of starting over again, I looked for a simple answer, that solution is space.

space is a 300 sq. ft. massage studio located adjacent to my home in a former workshop. The interior was designed by myself and built with the knowledge and guidance of Travis Strong from Strong Home Improvement. The project was completed in May 2009.

Currently, I provide massage therapy at Joya Spa at the Intercontinental Montelucia Resort 1-2 days per week and at space four days per week. Daily, I choose to be positive, to share my life in a way that helps others, to give more than I receive.

I enjoy yoga, climbing and vino.
